These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Dice Treasury website and the purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Dice Treasury operates in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia.

2. About Our Products

Dice Treasury specializes in handcrafted dice sets. Each set is individually made and may slightly vary in color, pattern, or internal details due to the artisanal production process. Products are classified as:

  • In Stock – ready for immediate dispatch
  • Backorder – produced after purchase
  • Custom Order – made according to specific customer requirements

3. Ordering Process

Before confirming an order, the customer is clearly presented with:

  • Full list of ordered products
  • Quantity of each product
  • Individual price per item
  • Total order amount in RSD

By confirming the purchase, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. After payment, the customer receives an email confirmation containing transaction details, regardless of whether the payment was successful or unsuccessful.

4. Prices & Currency

All prices displayed on this website are expressed exclusively in Serbian dinars (RSD). All payments are processed strictly in RSD. If the customer’s card account is linked to a foreign currency, any currency conversion is handled by the issuing bank according to its own exchange rate policy. Dice Treasury does not perform any currency conversion.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro

All payments are processed securely through the bank’s payment gateway using 3D Secure protection (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode).

6. Transaction Model

For all physical handcrafted dice products, we use the pre-authorization model with subsequent completion:

  • Funds are reserved at the time of purchase
  • The transaction is completed only after the product has been prepared and shipped
  • Funds reserved by pre-authorization are guaranteed for up to 7 days (168 hours)
  • The final completion must occur within 30 days, otherwise the authorization is automatically canceled
  • The transaction will never be finalized before shipment of the ordered goods

7. Delivery & Shipping

Shipping time depends on product availability:

  • In Stock: shipped within 2–5 business days
  • Backorder: production and shipping within 7–21 days
  • Custom Orders: production and shipping within 14–30 days

Shipping costs and delivery options are clearly displayed before order confirmation. For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Delivery times may be extended due to customs procedures beyond our control. Proof of delivery is retained for a minimum of 120 days from the shipping date.

8. Prohibited Products

Dice Treasury sells exclusively handcrafted gaming dice and related accessories. We do not sell weapons, explosives or toxic materials, narcotics or drugs, gambling services, pornographic material, or any products prohibited under the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product images, descriptions, logos, and branding, is the property of Dice Treasury and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dice Treasury shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs procedures outside our control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Serbia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
