This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made at Dice Treasury (operated by Prim Consulting DOO Beograd Ogranak Dice Treasury, Mirka Milojkovica 7, 11060 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia). By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to this policy.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws of the Republic of Serbia, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at: dicetreasury@gmail.com

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are returned without original packaging may not be accepted for a refund.

3. Custom Orders & Exceptions

Please note that custom-made products produced according to specific customer requirements or personalization requests are not eligible for return or refund, unless the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.

This exception applies to all products listed under the “Custom Order” category on our website.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at dicetreasury@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the defect or incorrect item

In such cases, Dice Treasury will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

6. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund request will be submitted to our bank
  • Refunds are processed exclusively through the original payment method (card reversal via Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro)
  • Refunds cannot be issued in cash for card payments
  • The processing time depends on your card issuer and may take several business days

7. Backorder & In-Stock Products

The return policy applies to all product types:

  • In Stock – eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to conditions above
  • Backorder – eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to conditions above
  • Custom Order – not eligible for return unless defective (see Section 3)

8. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please:

  1. Email us at dicetreasury@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  3. Ship the product back in its original packaging
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
